Our food is made fresh daily, meticulously sourced so that we are able to deliver a superior quality of dishes. Our chefs are now up early preparing the daily mise en place. This is a French term known as "to put in place” having all the daily ingredients and cooking utensils prepared before kitchen service starts. Give our good old traditional pub favourites such as the Fish N Chips and the 1950's Classic Burger a try.
